Consultation: After completing your online pre-consultation form found on the home page. We will contact you using the submitted information on the form, and photo's submitted, We will discuss your hair goals, answer any additional questions, and give ball park pricing according to the submitted information in your completed pre- consultation form. During your consultation we will evaluate your hair color, texture, and density and condition of the scalp to determine if you are a candidate for extension, or which method is the most safe for your growth journey.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $600 or 50% of the scheduled service cost s required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your final balance and covers the preparation of custom hair, color matching, sourcing, and appointment reservation. |
Guest Cancellation: A valid credit card is required to schedule and hold all appointments. We require the courtesy of a 72 hour cancellation notice for all services.
Cancellations: of less than 72 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% for their scheduled appointment time. Refunds: The extension hair and service provided is a package and is non-refundable. Products for at home care will be recommended. Please contact us with any questions or concerns after the service. Cossu Salon is not responsible for any damage to the extensions from the client or another salon/stylist. |
Children: Due to limited space, liability for Cossu Salon, safety, and a relaxing environment, Cossu cannot accommodate young children. As a result, children cannot wait in the reception area while receiving service. We appreciate your understanding.
