Consultation: Please provide 3 screenshots or photos of our desired look. In your consultation we will determine if you are a candidate for extensions, and what type of extension process is best for your hair. We will closely examine the color, texture, and density of your hair, Finally, we’ll make a note of our selections, pricing, and schedule the extension or corrective color appointment. The Deposit Required upon booking of $500 or 50% of your scheduled appointment cost is Non-Refundable. The deposit will be applied to the overall balance of the appointment and is not an additional ad on fee, and will secure your appointment, covering cost of hair, coloring and prep for a flawless match for our guests.

Guest Cancellation: A valid credit card is required to schedule and hold all appointments. We require the courtesy of a 72 hour cancellation notice for all services.
Cancellations of less than 72 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% for their scheduled appointment time. Refunds: The extension hair and service provided is a package and is non-refundable. Products for at home care will be recommended. Please contact us with any questions or concerns after the service. Cossu Salon is not responsible for any damage to the extensions from the client or another salon/stylist. |
Children: Due to limited space, liability for Cossu Salon, safety, and a relaxing environment, Cossu cannot accommodate young children. As a result, children cannot wait in the reception area while receiving service. We appreciate your understanding.
